Factory Overview

Autoparts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. operates a 12,000 m² manufacturing facility in the Ningbo Economic Development Zone. We specialize in brake, engine, suspension and electrical components for both OEM and aftermarket buyers, with full material traceability by batch and heat number.

The plant integrates tooling, CNC machining, stamping, injection molding and assembly under one roof — which keeps lead times short and quality control in our own hands rather than a subcontractor's.

Quality Control Process

   Incoming Material Inspection

   Spectrographic analysis and batch traceability on every raw material lot before release to production.

   In-Process Control

   SPC monitoring of critical dimensions at each station; first-piece approval for every setup.

   Laboratory Testing

   Hardness, tensile, salt-spray and CMM dimensional checks against drawing and OEM spec.

4. 4

   Final Audit & Release

   100% appearance check plus AQL sampling before packing; each box carries a traceable batch number.
